These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QSortby application ("QSortby", "the app", "we", "us") for Shopify. By installing or using the app, you ("the merchant", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The service

QSortby ranks your Shopify catalog by real-time sales velocity and maintains a Best Sellers collection and other app-managed collections, along with related merchandising features described on this website and in the app.

2. Eligibility & account

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for the permissions you grant at install and for activity within your store.

3. Billing

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. The Free plan is not billed and requires no payment method.
New installations receive 10 days of full-feature access at no charge. At the end of that period the account moves automatically to the Free plan; no charge is made and no plan is selected on your behalf.
When you select a paid plan, Shopify applies a 10-day trial before the first recurring charge. Cancelling within that period incurs no charge.
Plan prices are $0 (Free), $29/month (Starter), $99/month (Pro) and $199/month (Growth) in USD. Prices may change with notice; the current price and terms are always shown in the app before you confirm a subscription.
Usage allowances on the Free and Starter plans (including monthly order volume) are advisory. Exceeding them does not suspend the service or interrupt collection ranking.
You may change plans or uninstall at any time; billing stops on uninstall.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, using it to violate Shopify's terms or applicable law, or using it to harm shoppers.

5. Data

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process and how. You are responsible for maintaining your own customer-facing privacy disclosures as required by law.

6. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSortby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost sales, profits, or data arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your Best Sellers collection remains in your store but is no longer updated.
